We researched Air Resistance and designed and built parachutes.
Year 4 upthrust and gravity experiment
Year 4 linked their Anglo Saxon learning to their Science and tested different ‘longboats’. They tried to create the most surface area, increasing the amount of upthrust acting on the boat and making it buoyant. They then had to compete to take as many ‘ warriors’ across the water as they could.
